The CBS Semester Programme gives you the unique opportunity to spend your semester abroad in the lively and pulsating metropolis of Cologne. With over 2,000 years of history and a population of over one million Cologne is the forth-largest city in Germany and guarantees exciting experiences for everyone. Moreover - Cologne lies in the heart of Europe: The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are located right around the corner. Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris are close by and invite you for a week-end trip! This Semester Program is designed for international business students with a high English language proficiency who wish to study one semester of business management in the centre of Germany.

Students at the CBS can participate both in many outdoor and indoor sports at reduced prices. Be it soccer, tennis, swimming or fitness, there are many places where you are able to engage in a wide variety of physical exercise. At night you may visit several theatres, music concert halls, numerous cinemas, bars and restaurants. Cologne students are used to a very vibrant night life and you can become a member of several student clubs or other societies.

Application deadlines:
June 15 for winter semester
November 15 for summer semester

Tuition fees:

Exchange students do not pay tuition fees. The tuition fees for the EU students programme are € 3900,- (non-EU residents: € 4,900,-) and cover all tuition costs and study materials, and do not include a non-refundable registration fee of € 200,-.

All students must pay an additional fee of app. € 100,- for their Student ID Card which at the same time serves as a ticket for public transportation in the Cologne region.
